The main goal of our association is that the production of knowledge in mental health contemplates the perspective of the same people who have lived an experience of psychosocial suffering.

To achieve its goals, the association carries out the following activities:

  • Research on the experiences of mental suffering from the perspective of the people affected.
  • Training both people with experience of mental suffering, mental health professionals and other professionals in the social and health fields, and anyone interested in expanding their knowledge on these topics.
  • Offer advice to mental health organisations who want to incorporate the first-person dimension at their idiosyncrasies.
  • Dissemination to the entire population on mental health issues from a first-person perspective.
